As the Quality Director of Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry and Material Master Data Governance, he focused on people management, cross-functional leadership, setting KPIs and team performance goals, and helped establish a new level of excellence in quality, strategy, and execution.
Dwayne is a passionate and empathetic coach who is focused on empowering manufacturers to achieve growth. He is committed to leveraging his vast experience, understanding, and expertise to help his clients succeed. Dwayne is a community leader that loves to give back. He has volunteered on various charitable committees and has served on HOA boards, both as a board member and as a leader. He even taught Leadership at a liberal arts college in Pennsylvania.
